What sells fastest
Kulfa and falooda still outsell the imported flavours, which surprises people who expect vanilla to lead. Among the newer ones, Choco Kunafa Pistachio and Lotus Bliss move quickest, and both work better as shakes than as scoops.
One price list, every branch
Franchisees cannot set their own rates. That sounds like a small thing until you have paid three different prices for the same scoop in three different towns.
