Who we are

Melado is an ice cream brand operated by Prime Industries Private Limited, registered in Pakistan. This policy explains what we collect on themelado.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

Franchise enquiries. When you fill in the franchise form we collect your name, phone number, city, the branch type you are interested in, and your message. These fields are the only personal details we ask for.

Technical data. Like most websites, our server records your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used for security and to understand which pages people find useful.

We do not take payments on this website, and we never ask for card, bank or CNIC details. If any page asks you for those, it is not us.

Why we collect it

Franchise details are used for one purpose only: to contact you about your enquiry and discuss opening a Melado branch. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Where your information goes

Enquiries are stored on our own server and emailed to us so we can reply. We use Web3Forms to deliver that email, and Cloudflare to serve and protect the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Advertising and the TikTok Pixel

We run ads on TikTok, and this website uses the TikTok Pixel. It sets cookies and tells TikTok which pages were viewed and whether the franchise form was submitted, so we can measure whether our ads work.

When you submit the franchise form, your phone number is hashed (SHA-256) before it leaves our server. TikTok receives a scrambled value it can match against its own records, never your actual number. We do not send TikTok your name or your message.

You can opt out of personalised ads in your TikTok app settings, and you can block cookies in your browser settings. The website works normally either way.

How long we keep it

Franchise enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about a franchise, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us and we will delete yours.

Your choices

Write to hello@themelado.com at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action the request.

Children

This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
